**Director, Product – Platform & UX, Verato (2020 – Present, Remote)**

AI Platform Strategy & Agent Experience (2024 – Present):
- Product lead on Verato's pivot from identity management to an identity-context platform for AI. Partners with the CPO on agent strategy, a roadmap for an initial library of 10–15 agents, and the vision UX for a supervisor agent orchestrating specialized agents.
- Led Verato's selection as a featured marketplace connector in Google's Gemini for Healthcare launch, making Verato's MCP demo-able on the platform in two weeks and aligning security, compliance, executive leadership, and marketing.
- Co-led the build-vs-buy evaluation that put the MCP Gateway on AWS Bedrock + AgentCore, saving an estimated two quarters; extending the approach to an A2A gateway.
- Aligned PM and Engineering leadership on a unified agent architecture across identity stewardship/matching and Snowflake Cortex analytics prototypes.
- Building a customer-persona hub (Claude Cowork) as a shared source of truth for Product, Engineering, Marketing, UX, and Customer Experience.

Platform & UX Leadership (2020 – Present):
- Launched a new platform layer with the CPO, migrating ~80 customers and opening finance, government, and municipal markets.
- Created a self-service developer experience (Redocly docs plus an AI assistant).
- Led two major UI redesigns, including a rebuild of the patient-matching interface.
- Delivered a low-code business-management platform in 12 weeks; the product was acquired shortly after launch.
- Led the migration to Okta for customer identity.
- Manages and mentors a UX design team of 3.
